City Breaks
A short trip, planned like a long one.
Short trips are where planning shows most, because there is no time to recover from a bad decision. We place you within walking distance of what you came for, and we book the two or three things worth booking.
Everything else stays open. A good city break has gaps in it on purpose.
The three things guests remember.
Counter seats, chef's tables and the small rooms that never answer email.
An hour alone with the collection and a curator who chose what to show you.
Half a day on foot with someone who lives there, not a headset tour.
Destinations we'd choose for this.

Thailand
Thailand rewards a measured journey: Bangkok’s river life, northern craft traditions and a coast chosen for the season.

Vietnam
From Hanoi’s street kitchens to the Mekong’s working waterways, Vietnam rewards a measured journey through sharply different regions.

Singapore
Singapore rewards a closer look: shophouse streets, serious food and tropical gardens, with space left between the reservations.

South Africa
Cape Town, the Winelands and private reserves: South Africa rewards a journey planned around its distinct regions and seasons.

Morocco
From Fès workshops to Atlas valleys and Saharan dunes, Morocco rewards a considered route rather than a race between cities.

Dubai & the Emirates
Beyond Dubai’s skyline, the Emirates offer creek-side trading quarters, Abu Dhabi’s museums and the immense dunes of the Empty Quarter.

Greece
Greece rewards time ashore: ancient Athens, Cycladic village life and long lunches beside the Aegean.

Spain
Spain rewards time between cities: Madrid’s galleries, Andalucía’s courtyards and Catalonia’s long lunches, connected by remarkably useful trains.

Iceland
Iceland rewards a measured journey: volcanic coastlines, glacier country and small places to stay between long stretches of open road.

Egypt
Egypt rewards time: Cairo’s layered streets, Luxor’s painted tombs and a slower passage south along the Nile.

Canada
Canada rewards choosing a region well: Pacific inlets, Rocky Mountain trails and cities with enough character to warrant staying longer.
The months that work.
Three nights is the minimum that feels like a trip. Two is a long errand.
We would rather book one excellent restaurant than four good ones.
“Four nights and not one wasted afternoon.”
What guests ask.
Apartment for families and longer stays, hotel when you want the desk and the bar. We will say which we would choose.
Yes, by train wherever the train is faster than the airport.
That is exactly when access matters most.
Let's plan
something real.
Once-in-a-lifetime, or a long quiet weekend. Tell us what you're picturing — the first conversation is on us.
