The organiser of a girls' trip usually spends six weeks in a group chat and arrives already tired. We take the chat away and hand back a plan everyone has already agreed to.

Practically: a house with enough good bedrooms that nobody feels short-changed, a chef for two of the nights so nobody cooks, spa and salon slots pre-held, and the reservations that are genuinely hard to get made months before anyone thinks to ask.

The itinerary stays deliberately thin. One thing in the day, one thing in the evening, and long uninterrupted afternoons — which is what the trip was always about.

What we get right

Three things we won't compromise.

Bedrooms nobody argues about

Bedrooms nobody argues about

We shortlist only houses where the rooms are comparable, then allocate them so no one has to.

Tables and treatments held

Tables and treatments held

Restaurants, spa slots and beach clubs reserved in your names well before the dates get tight.

One thing a day

One thing a day

A cooking class, a boat, a bathhouse — then nothing. The afternoons are the point.

How we plan it

Four steps, one specialist.

The same person takes you from the first phone call to the debrief after you land. Nothing is handed over, and nothing has to be explained twice.

  1. 01

    One organiser, one call

We speak to whoever started the chat and turn the wish list into two workable options.

  2. 02

    The group votes once

A single shareable proposal with photos and prices per head. One decision, not forty messages.

  3. 03

    We collect from everyone

Payments, diets and flight details gathered individually so the organiser isn't chasing.

  4. 04

    In-trip concierge

A WhatsApp line for spontaneous changes — a later boat, an extra table, a second bottle.

Good to know

The practical detail.

Group size
Four to twelve. Beyond that, see Groups & Celebrations.
Best months
Long weekends and shoulder season, when the good houses are still available.
Payments
Split per head automatically; the organiser never fronts the cost.
Flexibility
Late changes to tables and treatments handled by the on-trip line.
Girls' Trips questions

Asked often.

Yes — separate links, separate receipts, and a tracker so the organiser can see who has paid.

That's normal. We plan the group anchors and leave the rest open, with a driver available for splinter plans.

Usually, if you give us a few weeks. That is largely what the relationships are for.

Nobody remembers the itinerary. They remember the long lunch that ran until dark — so we plan for that and leave room around it.
