We take the administration entirely off the host. Individual payment links, a single arrivals grid, dietary and mobility notes collected privately, and rooming decided by us so nobody has to allocate the good room.
Then the actual trip: whole-house takeovers so the group isn't diluted through a hotel, one long table each night, and two set-pieces — not seven — that people will still be describing a decade later.
