Bharat Dev started Dev Travels in 1987 with a rotary phone, a fold-out world map and a handful of relationships that mattered. Nearly four decades later, every itinerary that leaves this office is still reviewed by him.
That review is not ceremonial. It's where a hotel gets swapped because the wing under renovation faces the pool, where a two-hour transfer becomes a scenic drive, where a guide is chosen because he's good with teenagers.
People remember people. That's who we still are.
